What you're buying
SEO Studio's paid plans (Starter, Pro and Agency) are online services from Outshade Business Solutions. Each plan gives your account more reports, more pages per report and extra features for the month or year you pay for. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.
Delivery
Nothing is shipped. Your plan is switched on in your SEO Studio account as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually straight away and at most within one working day. You'll see the plan and its limits under My reports, and receive a GST invoice by email. If your plan isn't active within one working day of paying, email us and we'll fix it or refund you.
Cancelling
- Plans don't renew automatically, so there's no subscription to cancel. If you don't pay for the next period, your account moves to the free plan when the current one ends.
- Your reports stay in your account on the free plan. Monitoring, PDFs and other paid features stop at the end of the period.
- To withdraw an order you haven't paid for yet, just don't pay it, or email us to remove it.
Refunds
- 7-day refund on your first purchase: if a plan isn't right for you, ask within 7 days of your first payment for that plan and we'll refund it in full, as long as you've run no more than 3 reports on the paid plan.
- Charged twice or charged wrongly: duplicate payments and payments taken in error are refunded in full.
- If we can't deliver: if a paid feature stops working for a long time and we can't fix it, or we stop it during your billing period, we refund the unused part of that period.
- Otherwise: after 7 days, or for renewals, payments aren't refundable for the period already started, and your plan stays active until it ends.
How to ask for a refund
Email revanth@outshade.com from the email you use to sign in, with your invoice number or transaction ID and the reason. We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days and paid back to the original payment method; your bank or card issuer may take a further 5–10 working days to show it. When a refund is made, the plan it paid for ends.
