The service
SEO Studio is a free tool by Outshade Business Solutions ("Outshade") that checks websites and writes SEO, AEO and GEO suggestions. By using it you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you use it for a company, you agree on its behalf.
Fair use
- Free use has daily limits on reports, tools and downloads. Don't try to get around them, for example with many accounts or networks.
- Don't use SEO Studio to overload, attack or scrape websites, or to fetch private or internal addresses.
- Don't submit content you have no right to use, or anything unlawful.
- Don't copy, resell or automate access to the service without our written permission.
We may block or limit access when these rules are broken.
AI-written suggestions
Keywords, titles, descriptions, answers, schema and other text are written with the help of AI models and can be wrong, out of date or unsuitable for your business. Review everything before you publish it. Search engines and AI assistants decide their own rankings and answers, so we can't promise any ranking, traffic or mention.
Your content and reports
- You keep the rights to your website and the details you enter. You can use the suggestions in your report freely, including for clients.
- Anyone with a report's link can open it. Share links with care.
- If you connect WordPress or Google Search Console, you're responsible for the changes you approve and push to your site. Keep a backup.
Accounts
Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
No warranty
SEO Studio is free and provided "as is". It may change, pause or stop at any time, and some results may be incomplete. To the extent the law allows, Outshade isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data, from using the service.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction.
